Are you listening to your body?
What is it saying?
Perhaps something from the physical body? Or maybe it's something from the mental, emotional, or spiritual layers?
Join me for about 25 minutes at noon ET for a community guided somatic mindfulness and inquiry meditation session. We'll go within the body on a specific inquiry and see what is ready to be revealed. On the third Thursday of the month, the session is a guided somato-Reiki session, during which I also send Reiki to participants.
Easy to drop in when you can; come to one or come to all.
